By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Where we collect personal information as a result of your access to or use of the Services, our Privacy Policy will apply. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
Certain Services may require registration for a Fast Track account (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your Account information updated.
Fast Track may contact you via phone call, SMS, email, or other means using the contact information associated with your Account for service notices, billing matters, support, promotions, or other transactional communications.
Unless otherwise stated, Fast Track or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Services. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless otherwise expressly authorized.
You may not use the Services in any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive manner, including transmitting malware, scraping data, or sending unsolicited communications.
Access to certain areas of the Services may be restricted. Login credentials are confidential and may be disabled at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.
Fast Track may offer digital products or services (“Products”). Each purchase is governed by these Terms and any additional terms disclosed at checkout.
As part of certain purchases, and as a promotional benefit, you may receive access to additional programs or services. These promotional inclusions may include, but are not limited to:
Promotional access is provided at no additional charge during the stated promotional period. Continued access beyond any free or promotional period, if offered, will be governed by the terms disclosed at checkout or within the applicable program. Promotional inclusions may be modified or discontinued at any time at Fast Track’s discretion.
By purchasing the Fast Track (“Product”), you are automatically enrolled in a monthly membership program (“Membership”). The Membership supports continued access to and maintenance of services related to your purchase, including members area access, platform hosting, method infrastructure, technical support, customer service, and ongoing maintenance.
The Membership fee is $9.99 per month, plus applicable taxes. Your first Membership charge will occur fifteen (15) days after the date of your initial purchase of the Fast Track. Thereafter, charges will recur monthly unless canceled.
By completing your purchase, you expressly authorize Fast Track to charge the payment method provided at checkout $9.99 per month, beginning 15 days after purchase, and on a recurring monthly basis thereafter, until you cancel.
Recurring charges are typically processed every thirty (30) days or on the same calendar day each month. Billing dates may vary slightly due to processor timing or holidays.
You may cancel your Membership at any time by:
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be received prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Membership benefits through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Membership fees are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
The Membership fee is separate from the initial Product purchase price and is intended to cover ongoing operational, technical, and support costs.
By purchasing the Fast Track, you acknowledge that you are enrolling in a recurring subscription and authorize a charge of $9.99 per month starting 15 days after purchase, unless you cancel.
A contract is formed only when your order is accepted and payment is confirmed.
Prices are as disclosed at checkout and may change without notice.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to purchases and recurring fees.
Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
Due to immediate access to digital services, confirmed purchases are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time.
We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.
Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining Terms.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
You retain ownership of User Content but grant Fast Track a license to use it in connection with the Services.
Services are provided “as is.” Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed one dollar ($1).
You agree to indemnify Fast Track against claims arising from your use of the Services.
